Template guide
The flash. The disguise. Your photo.
An ordinary look changes in a camera flash. Mandem in Disguise AI puts a familiar face into the black-balaclava and puffer-jacket transformation, using a short video reference to guide the timing.
Explore the cast & referencesBefore you render Explore references and preview your cast first. New renders need a signed-in account, 10 credits, photo permissions and an available studio. Check the live status in the generator before ordering.
A simple before-and-after
The reference begins with an unmasked person in everyday clothes. A flash reveals a black balaclava, dark puffer jacket and a deadpan reaction. The transition is the point: keep the person recognizable before the reveal.
This studio uses your uploaded photo and a selected reference video together. Seedance 2.0 follows the reference movement and transformation while using your image for identity. Output is generative, so identity consistency and audio can vary.
Choose your solo or duo photos
Choose Solo for one consenting adult portrait. For either Duo template, upload two separate single-person photos, one in the Left person slot and one in the Right person slot. Mirror selfie maps these slots to the left and right subjects; Close-up flash maps them to the back-left and foreground-right subjects. Avoid face coverings, heavy filters and very small faces.
Upload JPG, PNG or WebP up to 10 MB. Review the reference, check your photo permissions, sign in and submit. A render reserves 10 credits; confirmed failed renders return them.
Review before sharing
Watch the completed MP4 before downloading it. Check the before-and-after identity, the flash timing and the final outfit. Label the result as AI-generated, and do not present it as evidence of a real event.
Reference videos demonstrate the format; they are not a guarantee that a personalized result will match exactly.
